Our Team
We are a multi-disciplinary team bringing together architectural designers, structural engineers, interior designers, and a highly skilled construction workforce. Our team includes experienced site managers, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and specialist trades—allowing us to deliver projects with full in-house expertise.
Our experience spans residential extensions, commercial developments, restaurants, bespoke interiors, and complex build projects including conversions and community buildings. By combining technical design knowledge with hands-on construction skills, we ensure every detail is practical, buildable, and delivered to a high standard.

Our firm, established in 2015, began as an architectural design practice and has since evolved into a full design-and-build company operating across England and Wales. While we built our foundation in design and planning, we now bring immense knowledge and hands-on expertise in construction.
Over the years, we have delivered a wide range of complex residential, commercial, and community projects, gaining strong practical experience on site. Although we entered construction after establishing ourselves in design, it has now become our core strength, allowing us to confidently manage projects from concept through to completion.
At TADS, we offer a complete, integrated service including design, planning, approvals, project management, and full construction delivery. Our experience in handling complex builds, including HMO and flat conversions as well as specialised projects like churches and temples, enables us to provide efficient, high-quality, and reliable solutions.
